NKY81-4000 Big Size Metal Baler is designed to process a wide range of bulky ferrous and non-ferrous metal wastes, including steel scrap, waste car bodies, aluminum scrap and other large-volume metal scraps. It compresses loose metal raw materials into tight, compact bales that are not easy to separate via high-pressure hydraulic extrusion, significantly reducing the volume of metal waste, facilitating storage and transshipment, and cutting down transportation costs substantially.

As a core model of the NKY81 Series, it adopts a mature hydraulic driving system and supports manual operation and PLC automatic control to meet different operational habits and large-scale production needs. This machine is an export-oriented model with a humanized installation design—no foot screw is required for on-site setup, and it can be equipped with a diesel engine as an alternative power source for seamless operation in sites without electricity supply. For bale discharging, multiple flexible modes are available: turn-out, push-out, forward-out and manual discharging, which can be selected according to warehouse layout, on-site space and operational requirements.
