Recently, our overseas engineering team traveled to the Karachi Recycling Plant in Pakistan and successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and delivery of a fully automated plastic baling machine.
The team strictly adhered to international installation standards, completing equipment hoisting and positioning, machine leveling, hydraulic system integration, electrical wiring layout, and safety protection configuration. They overcame challenges such as high temperatures and varying electrical environments, efficiently completing the entire installation process.
During the commissioning phase, considering the client's main business of PET bottle recycling, the team repeatedly tested and optimized the fully automated process of automatic feeding, compression, strapping, and baling. The equipment operates stably and without failure during continuous material handling, producing standardized baled products suitable for full container load export. Professional construction throughout the process and a one-time acceptance test helped the client move away from traditional manual baling, achieving automation upgrades, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
