The core working principle of this machine is to vertically compress a large amount of loose waste cardboard into blocks or squares through a hydraulic system to reduce the volume and facilitate transportation and storage. The packed paper blocks are usually tied with wire or straps to ensure that they do not fall apart during transportation.
The main components of the vertical cardboard baler include the feed chute, compression chamber, pressure head, hydraulic system, discharging device and control system. During operation, waste cardboard is put into the feed chute, and then the pressure head moves downwards driven by the hydraulic system to compress the cardboard. When the preset pressure or compression level is reached, the pressure head will pause and rise again, and the compressed paper block will then be pushed out through the discharging device.
