1. Add an air-cooled and water-cooled hydraulic oil radiator, and add these two heat dissipation devices on the oil tank, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil and arrange the water-cooled and air-cooled equipment regularly.
2. Use standard 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, do not use bad brand hydraulic oil.
3. Appropriately reduce the operating pressure of the hydraulic station system to prevent excessive system pressure from overloading the equipment, so that the hydraulic oil passing through the oil pump and valve group can effectively reduce conflicts and lower the temperature.
4. Check the hydraulic components of the equipment regularly. If the motor and oil pump are found to be damaged, replace them immediately. A good motor and oil pump can effectively reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
